Postcards from Missoula My favourite drive I have taken many times over the years has been from Saskatoon to Puyallup Washington. You see it all the Great Plains of North America to the Pacific Ocean . Badlands , prairie, dessert ,mountains and the rain forrest .Lots of time spent in Missoula . It just so happens Shannon has spent time there too , she has family in Missoula .There was a heart break , always a song waiting come out. ”So its goodbye from Missoula” I remember the golden age of postcards , usually there was a picture and a graphic with a tag line “hello From” It could be any city or town .I guess I turned it around With” goodbye from” .

POSTCARDS

The Backstory

The inspiration for Post Cards from Missoula is derived from my personal history with this unique and inspiring landscape, from the Bitter Root River to the Bearpaw Mountains.

My families lineage is linked to the state of Montana, my Grandmother was a Daniels, when I was young I travelled with my parents to Missoula to visit my fathers aunt who at the time resided in Missoula, years later in an attempt to link up with a friend whom I met in Nashville also moved to Missoula, my roots not only link back to this geographic landscape, it also goes back to its indigenous people
